Updates
There are no fixed dates, it normally happens every 2-4 months. Please follow my instagram account to be notified.
Commissions
I am always happy to hear about your project and I do sometimes take on interesting commissions. As I don´t work full time with my ceramics I will not take on a great deal of projects but feel free to contact me and we can discuss it.
Loan my work
You can loan my work for photoshoots. Get in touch via my contact form and I can send you a list of available work or arrange a studio visit where you can look at and select the work you need in person.
Prices and payment
Each item is stated with the price including VAT.
At the checkout you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment - I offer my customers payment through the following payment methods: PayPal and Bank deposit. If you choose the bank deposit, my account number will be shown in the end of the checkout, please make the withdrawal immediately, the account information will not be sent by mail.
Shipping
Currently I ship within Finland, to Sweden, Denmark and Germany.
If living in another country, please contact me and hopefully we can sort something out.
Most of the orders are sent with Posti. After your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the parcel via the OmaPosti-app.
The shipping fee will be added at the check out.
You can also chose to pic up your order at my studio if you live close by. In that case you chose Studio pic up at the checkout. Studio pic up is free of charge.
Delivery
When your order has been placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided by you. If you don´t get a confirmation e-mail, check your spam folder, it might have ended up there.
It takes 3-5 business days for me to process your order. The shipping takes 1-3 business days.
If you placed an order with me and did not receive your order confirmation, it may be because you entered the wrong email address when you placed the order. Please contact me via the contact form right away, then I can correct your e-mail address. It may also be because the order has not gone through for some reason, then contact me before placing a new order, to avoid double orders.
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the return back to me. Use the shipping carrier of your choice. I recommend using a trackable service so that the product and your refund isn’t lost. Your shipping costs to the warehouse are non-refundable.
Broken goods
If your order is broken in the shipping I will send you a new product as soon as you contact me with a picture of the broken item. If the item is out of stock I will make you a new one as quick as possible, aprox. one month. You have to notify me within 14 days to be able to get a new item. I always pack everything carefully.
Returning instructions
- Notify me in a clear statement via my contact form before the end of the cancellation period. Provide your name and order information.
- All items should be returned in its original condition and packaging. I reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfill these criteria.
- Please note that you are responsible for the return back to me. I recommend using a traceable service so that the item and your refund aren’t lost. Send your parcel here:

- I will refund the full amount paid for the product, through the same service that was used in the purchase. I will refund the order as soon as I receive your return and make sure its in unbroken condition. You’ll get an email confirming that I´ve received your return.
